Job Descriptions

Report directly to Branch Sales Manager
Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services.
Responsible for Sale of courses packages, services & products
Assist managers calling cold-calls to customer
Responsible for upkeep/handling of the machinery of the salon equipment.
To fulfil the salon duties whenever assigned
To fulfil the cleanliness standards of respective room whenever assigned.
Assist Managers to fulfil branch sales.
Discuss with Managers regarding customer needs
To achieve personal sales target.
To follow up with customers after their treatment.
Build up relationship with customers at all times.
Follow all treatment procedure & necessary guidelines
Any assignments given from time to time by the Company

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in the body spa and beauty industry
Possess a recognised professional beauty certification is preferable
Passion and self-motivated staff
Well-groomed with positive attitude
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
