Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Cooling Solutions) – Contract
Contract Period: 6 months + 6 months (Renewable)
Working Location: Tengah, with occasional travel to Toa Payoh
About the Role
We are looking for driven and persuasive Field Sales Executives to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will actively promote and sell our innovative cooling solutions. You will be the face of our sustainability initiative—engaging customers, building trust, and driving the adoption of energy-efficient cooling technology.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of our cooling solutions.
Drive sales conversions through persuasive communication and relationship building.
Conduct on-site engagements, roadshows, and outreach activities to attract and convert leads.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales transactions.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, persuasive approach.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working on-site and engaging customers directly.
Willingness to travel between Tengah and Toa Payoh as required.
