Sales Manager (Semiconductor Components)
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts and market segments.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including RFQs, pricing, and negotiations.
Act as the primary point of contact for major customers and distributors on all issues.
Represent customer requirements to internal teams (production, operations, quality, and management) to ensure effective, customer-first solutions.
Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts, internal stakeholders (HQ, regional, and U.S. sales teams), and distribution partners.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers and partners to strengthen engagement and alignment.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive mutual growth and profitability.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
Proven track record in sales & marketing of semiconductors or components.
Extensive knowledge of the electronics industry in South East Asia is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
