Key Responsibilities:

Tender Manager

• Lead and manage the preparation and submission of tenders for electrical projects

• Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and project management) to ensure accurate and compliant bids

• Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed

• Evaluate project risks and provide technical solutions

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and market trends

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams

Project Manager

• Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.

• Manage procurement, suppliers, and materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

• Monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders while maintaining project documentation and reports.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 6 years of experience in tender management or electrical project management

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
