Responsibilities

Lead and manage the proposal team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and compliant submissions.
Analyze RFQs and work with Business Development to define technical and commercial strategies.
Develop and deliver competitive proposals for Mega Projects and DX solutions, showcasing company value.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, legal, and procurement teams to ensure timely proposal delivery.
Oversee cost estimation, risk assessment, and smooth order handover to the execution team upon project award.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of technical sales support or technical sales experience in the petrochemical industry.
Comfortable with overseas travel as required.
