As a Senior Nurse Manager [Dialysis Centre], you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Overseeing and managing dialysis centre

• Providing Nursing leadership, management and directions in regards to setting and maintaining quality standards. 

• Supervise clinical practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Staff development and resource management in the daily operation of the department and analyze personnel structure to determine staffing requirements.

• Provide guidance, evaluate performance, and oversee selection and termination processes.

• Maintain patient care standards and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services.

• Implement policies and procedures for efficient delivery of health services.

• Assess nursing care quality and appropriateness, making necessary adjustments in care delivery.

Requirements: 

• Diploma/degree in nursing or equivalent
