Job Responsibilities

• Seek out and develop new business opportunities by applying effective sales approaches.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers to drive business expansion.

• Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage long-term retention.

• Meet personal sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall KPI achievements.

• Collect market insights and monitor competitors to support strategic planning.

• Evaluate sales results against yearly objectives and implement corrective measures when performance is below expectations.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, with at least 5 years of sales hunting experience in Sea Freight, ideally within the logistics sector.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, paired with a professional and approachable demeanor.

• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
