Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct market analysis to understand competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging.

• Execute advertising and promotional activities, including product launches and training.

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance product features, benefits, and pricing strategies.

• Oversee marketing, sales, and product profit and loss (P&L) to ensure profitability.

• Foster relationships with business partners to achieve sales objectives.

• Manage sales inventory and purchase processes efficiently.

• Cultivate business opportunities to reach sales targets, market share, and profit goals.

• Plan and execute business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

• Prepare and present business performance reports, including sales and inventory status.

• Manage dealer inventory through effective sell-out activities.

• Support promoter performance by overseeing target achievements and deployment.

• Build strong partnerships with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relations.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for customer transactions.

• Handle any additional tasks related to business operations as needed.

• Communicate monthly sales targets to promoters and support their leave applications.

• Assist the sales team in preparing monthly reports.
  

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business with 3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales or Marketing.

• Experience in consumer products is advantageous.

• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of Business Accounting P&L is beneficial.

• A team player with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility for overtime work.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

• Experience in channel sales is a plus.
