As a Sales Tender Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in accordance with specified requirements.
Track and analyze tender outcomes to enhance win/loss performance.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector.
Source and monitor opportunities from various procurement and vendor portals.
Generate leads through industry events, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, including cold calling.
Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline, performance metrics, and marketing initiatives.
Recommend strategies to improve sales effectiveness and client engagement.
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and customer feedback.
Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and coordinate a smooth handover to operations for service onboarding.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
