Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery and collection operations for air, sea LCL, and container trucking.

• Assign and brief drivers on their delivery and collection schedules.

• Monitor container movements, including import/export jobs at seaports and container yards.

• Respond quickly to operational issues, delays, or emergencies and resolve them effectively.

• Report cargo damages, discrepancies, or incidents, and assist with investigations and documentation.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations; perform ad-hoc duties as required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics supervision is highly preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
