As a Senior Staff Nurse (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver proficient nursing care tailored to personalized care plans.

• Dispense medications and therapies as directed. 

• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly communicate any alterations.

• Aid with daily tasks. 

• Keep precise medical documentation. 

• Foster clear communication with residents, families, and medical staff. Uphold adherence to nursing protocols and standards. 

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives. 

• Offer education and assistance to residents and their families.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
