About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and implement cost control measures.
Drive restaurant profitability by optimizing sales and minimizing wastage.
Supervise and motivate service teams to maintain high performance standards.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Prepare and manage manpower scheduling, leave planning, and performance appraisals.
Conduct counselling and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Perform administrative duties and support higher management in strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
Passionate about hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
