Retail & Training Executive (vivo) - #1124666

Responsible for managing vivo’s in-store displays, brand image, and product training across retail stores. The role ensures proper execution of display standards, brand presence, and sales knowledge at the store level, supporting smooth operations and consistent brand experience. Strong communication with vivo headquarters is required to align on standards and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Display Management

• Define, implement, and maintain display standards for vivo products and marketing materials.

• Assist, supervise, and audit the business team to ensure proper execution at retail stores.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with display standards, pricing, and promotional setups.

2. Retail Brand Image Management

• Develop and implement in-store brand image goals based on vivo’s annual and seasonal plans.

• Support, supervise, and monitor the execution of brand presence in stores.

• Ensure stores reflect the latest brand campaigns, POS materials, and promotional visuals.

3. Product Sales Training

• Plan and deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to store staff.

• Conduct workshops, demos, or briefing sessions to improve staff performance.

• Track training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.

4. Store Operations & Coordination

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth store activities.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns or events at stores.

• Support stock management, new product launches, and internal communications.

5. Others / Ad Hoc Tasks

• Handle other retail or marketing-related tasks as assigned based on workload.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

• Experience as a trainer or instructor is highly preferred.

• Strong coordination, communication, and training skills.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English to ensure smooth communication with vivo headquarters.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to supervise and train retail staff.

• Adaptable to China HQ’s working culture, fast-paced and results-oriented.
