Job Description:
The Sales Support position is responsible for managing daily sales activities in Singapore Sales office. This includes handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating shipments, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments and overseas offices to ensure smooth operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and completing reports and administrative tasks promptly.
Job Responsibilities:
Render assistance to Sales Director to carry out any job-related tasks as assigned
Assisting to maintain sales forecast, prepare and manage sales documentation
Provide after sales services to customers on feedback and reply to their inquiries
Proactively manage follow-ups on sales-related matters, ensuring they meet designated deadlines
Willing and able to travel to visit customer as required such as client meetings on site & events
Job Requirements:
Candidate possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department
Fresh Diploma are welcome to apply too
Dynamic and able to work well as a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prepare regular or adhoc reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review
Proficient in MS Office Skills, Strategic & Analytical Thinking
Singaporean or Permanent Resident only. Candidate require working pass need NOT to apply
