5.5 days work week. (mon - fri, sat halfday)

might be required to work on ph or Sunday if have any event and will be compensated accordingly

12 months contract and renewable convertible

1. Attending to visitors on banking products

2. Attend to email and phone queries

3. Participate in events/roadshows on Sundays, public holidays and/or any other days as required

4. Conduct surveys or VOCs as required

5. Comply with applicable internal and regulatory guidelines and requirements of the bank

6. Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

7. Any duties assigned relating to the Work Permit Segment

Job Requirements:
-Customer service centric and able to work in fast paced environment
