Responsibilities:
To perform all aspects of project management functions and to ensure proper post-contract administration
To fully perform the duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager as stated in the manual from which some of the functions are stated here.
To source for and approve the engagement of all reliable contractors/suppliers and to be involved in contractual agreements
To monitor/diligently make claims for work / services rendered to clients
Compile all relevant documents from the beginning to the end of the project.
Experienced with handling Interior Fitting Out construction & installation works such as guest rooms and restaurants in a 5-star hotel.
Ability to command & control skilled workmen and sub-con on site.
Requirements:
Experience in interior renovation & fit-outs, preferable experience in handling hotel project.
Ability to independently manage project from commencement to completion in every aspect.
IT literate
The candidate has all the abilities which make him a potential for higher position
