Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out) - #1124693

Responsibilities:

• To perform all aspects of project management functions and to ensure proper post-contract administration

• To fully perform the duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager as stated in the manual from which some of the functions are stated here.

• To source for and approve the engagement of all reliable contractors/suppliers and to be involved in contractual agreements

• To monitor/diligently make claims for work / services rendered to clients

• Compile all relevant documents from the beginning to the end of the project.

• Experienced with handling Interior Fitting Out construction & installation works such as guest rooms and restaurants in a 5-star hotel.

• Ability to command & control skilled workmen and sub-con on site.

Requirements:

• Experience in interior renovation & fit-outs, preferable experience in handling hotel project.

• Ability to independently manage project from commencement to completion in every aspect.

• IT literate

• The candidate has all the abilities which make him a potential for higher position
