Job Summary:

• Salary: $2000 – $2300

• Working Hours: 11:30am – 7:30pm

• Working Days: 6 days (Mon–Saturday), after confirmation 5.5 days

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries in a professional manner.

• Explain loan products, repayment plans, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

• Assist customers with loan applications and document collection.

• Verify identities, income documents

• Prepare loan agreements, process loan disbursements, and update system records.

• Handle repayments, issue receipts, and maintain proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate filing, daily reporting, and transaction records.

• Deliver excellent customer service and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
