Assistant/ Procurement Manager (Electronic components and parts) - #1124601

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team responsible for sourcing and procurement activities across multiple regions.

• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and knowledge.

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high standards and timely delivery.

• Oversee the full procurement process, including order placement, tracking, and documentation compliance.

• Delegate tasks effectively and balance team workload to optimize coverage.

• Support team in addressing escalations from internal stakeholders or clients.

• Conduct ongoing market research to track trends, pricing, and supplier performance.

• Implement process improvements based on team feedback and operational insights.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain or operational challenges.

• Lead or contribute to special projects related to sourcing, procurement, or supply chain strategy.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles (with 4+ years of experience managing a team)

• Strong sourcing experience in electronic components and electronic parts

• Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours for global coordination.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation and problem-solving.

• Experience preparing reports or market insights to support business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.

• Proficient with standard office tools and basic analytics platforms.
