1. Toolmaker /Senior Toolmaker -$2,500 - $3,500

• 4 days work week: Morning shift 7am-7pm; Night shift 7pm-7am

• Perform assembly and debugging of press tools.

• Perform servicing and repair of tools to support production needs.

• Perform regular maintenance and trouble-shooting of existing tool to support production.

• Provide technical support to production line to achieve technical & quality requirements.

• Monitor spares usage and highlight to Engineer when stock run low.

• Propose practical ideas to increase on performance & efficiency of tools.

• Experience in high-speed stamping may apply.

2. Technician (Steel)/$1,800 - $2,500 Basic / Rotating Shift (Every 2 weeks)

• Morning, 7am to 3:15pm ; Afternoon, 2:45pm to 11pm ($10/Shift)

• Annual leave: start at 7 days (Add 1 day every year, capped at 14 days)

• Operate steel wire drawing & fiber forming machines.

• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintenance tasks.

• Regular inspections to identify deviations and testing on steel fibers

• Continuously improve production efficiency by participate in process optimization initiatives.

• Handle raw materials, WIP and finished products and ensure proper and safe materials handling.

• Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain/warehouse team.

• Perform fiber forming to required shape & cut fibers to specified lengths for packaging.

• Package steel fibers, labeling, documentation and work with packaging and logistics teams.

• Participate in safety training, report any safety incidents and feedback on process improvements.
