Join a dynamic logistics and freight management company that provides comprehensive shipping solutions — covering sea freight, air freight, and local transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support – Be the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving shipment queries.
Shipment Coordination – Manage bookings, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
Documentation & Compliance – Ensure all export/import paperwork is accurate and meets customs and company standards.
Team Collaboration – Work with the sales team on quotations and rate requests.
Continuous Improvement – Identify areas to simplify and enhance daily operations.
Requirements:
Customer-focused with strong communication skills and a drive to improve
Knowledge of freight documentation, customs regulations, and industry best practices is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with freight management software is a plus
Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
