Working location: Bukit Panjang
Working hours: 5.5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays 9.00am to 6.00pm / Saturday (AM)
Salary up to $3,000
Contract (convertible to perm)
Responsibilities
Attend to visitors, handle visitors' enquiries & incoming calls.
Handle admission, discharge, booking of transportation for residents.
Financial counselling arrangement
Handle invoices, receipts, day-end reports, subsides application etc.
Coordinate with Doctors, polyclinics for discharge, medical reports etc.
General admin duties.
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 2 - 3 years of administrative and customer fronting experiences.
