Senior Facilities Executive (Logistics MNC) - #1124150

Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for a Senior Facilities Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Senior Facilities Executive:

• Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure seamless facility operations and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Evaluate, appoint, and manage service vendors/contractors for maintenance, repair, and servicing activities, ensuring M&E systems and equipment maintain optimal functionality.

• Monitor the timely renewal of statutory licenses and maintenance contracts to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate and manage Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, renovations, refurbishments, reinstatements, and other capital projects to meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and deadlines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, and QHSE to continuously enhance facility performance and standards.

• Oversee performance of both hard and soft service providers to ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Facility Management or equivalent field of study.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing facilities/ building for similar setting; Experience in handling commercial or industrial buildings will be considered.
