Job Responsibilities:
Support the Project Division on administrative matters such as managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, submission of progress report, documentation control, shipment arrangement,attending division meeting
Track & follow through the Purchasing Process as well as follow up on logistics matters.
Coordinate all work process / tasks for the Division
Assist in adhoc assignments as required.
Requirements :
Min. Higher Nitech, GCE 'N' or “O’ Leve, l / Diploma.
Min. 1 - 2 years' admin / relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Independent and requires minimum supervision
Good team player and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Willing to work extra hours
