Job Scope and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.

• Create design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts.

• Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and color palettes.

• Work with 3D visualizer to develop detailed design plans and 3D visualizations.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers during implementation.

• Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and building codes.

• Incorporate ergonomic and functional elements into interior layouts.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

• Managing sales by developing business plans.

• Following up on pre-qualified leads to ensure quick turnaround time on contacting the customers.

• Find and Meet new clients, understand their requirements in detail, and convert them into customers.

• Assist the Design Director on projects to ensure smooth delivery to the clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, or a related field in an accredited institution. Prefer have bachelor of science in architecture

• At least 2 years of working experience in the Interior Design industry, candidates with experience in private condominiums, landed properties and commercial projects will have an added advantage.

• Proficient in 3D Max, Sketch up and CAD and related software.

• Experienced in construction drawings.

• Candidates with direct sales experience are encouraged to apply.
