Finance Manager - #1123936

Job Description 

• Head & provide guidance to the team, oversee the operations and functions of Finance, Administration & HR;

• In-charge of Malaysia subsidiary’s full set of accounts;

• Involve in the formulation and implementation of internal control policies and procedures to ensure its compliance within organization;

• Automate reporting processes to efficiently meet regulatory and business partner requirements;

• Manage monthly financial closing, budgeting, cash flow projection and forecasting;

• Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary;

• Ensure validity of business licences such as BCA Contractor Licence, BizSafe Licence, ISO-45K Certification and work on the respective renewals;

• Responsible for the procurement of project related insurance / bonds coverage;

• Take charge of the organization’s digital platform (ERP system for SME & HRMS); constantly check, adjust and assess upgrading needs to meet operating requirement over time;

• Support departmental heads to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of systems across departments.

Requirements 

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;

• Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience;

• Ability to delegate duties and lead;

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;

• Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred;

• Proficient with MS Office;

• Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;

• Meticulous, resourceful with initiative and good motivational skills;

• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
