About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Executive with proven experience in managing and delivering high-quality retail and commercial interior projects. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure each project meets its objectives in design, quality, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients - managing expectations, communications, and overall satisfaction

• Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Coordinate with in-house designers, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Review, interpret, and manage design drawings and technical documentation

• Ensure projects are executed to meet brand standards, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations

• Prepare and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports

• Lead site meetings, track work progress, and resolve any on-site issues promptly

• Manage procurement and material schedules in alignment with project timelines

• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Requirements:

• Singaporeans / Malaysians

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in project or construction management, preferably within interior fit-out for retail/commercial spaces

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Excellent client management and communication abilities

• Proficient in project scheduling, budget control, and risk management

• Good technical knowledge of interior design documentation and construction processes

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Immediate availability or short notice is a plus
