Account & Sales Associate (Fresh Graduate) - #1123919

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Account & Sales Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who is passionate about business development, client engagement, and teamwork. You will play a key role in identifying and following up on business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.

• Support account management activities, including proposal preparation, follow-ups, and client servicing.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.

• Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance business strategies.

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and business trips, including independent travel when required.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).

• Diploma/ degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proactive, resourceful, and self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Adaptable and resilient, able to adjust quickly to changing environments and business needs.

• Open-minded and collaborative, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

• Comfortable with multitasking and managing deadlines in a dynamic work setting.

• Able to travel independently for business purposes.
