What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
Engage and manage small retail and traditional trade clients to expand product presence and sales reach.
Build and sustain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring continued satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales execution with operational plans and inventory availability.
Achieve assigned revenue goals through strategic account management and effective negotiation.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports to support forecasting and business planning.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum of Secondary education or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, food distribution, or F&B channels.
Familiar with traditional or general trade environments and local market dynamics.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Strong communicator with proven negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Independent, driven, and comfortable working both individually and in a team setting
