Job Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources required for M&E works.

  • Coordinate with other project teams to ensure integrated execution of M&E systems.

  • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.

  • Track the progress of M&E works, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule.

  • Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other teams to solve technical problems and ensure M&E systems fit well with other building components.

  • Proactively identify technical issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to challenges during the project execution.

  • Ensure the timely resolution of any technical problems that arise in M&E systems.

  • Ensure that all M&E installations and systems meet the required quality standards and specifications.

  • Supervise and manage M&E engineers, technicians, and contractors.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years' working experience in the Building / Construction / Interior Design Industry.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • AUTOCAD skill will be added advantage

  • Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.

  • Strong Organizational, Project Management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Local working experience needed.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
