Job Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources required for M&E works.
Coordinate with other project teams to ensure integrated execution of M&E systems.
Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Track the progress of M&E works, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule.
Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other teams to solve technical problems and ensure M&E systems fit well with other building components.
Proactively identify technical issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to challenges during the project execution.
Ensure the timely resolution of any technical problems that arise in M&E systems.
Ensure that all M&E installations and systems meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Supervise and manage M&E engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years' working experience in the Building / Construction / Interior Design Industry.
Proficient in MS Office applications
AUTOCAD skill will be added advantage
Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
Strong Organizational, Project Management, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Local working experience needed.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
