Job Description:

• Overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards

• Project management: Develop and manage construction schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure project completion within time and budget constraints.

• Site operations: Conduct site inspections, manage daily site operations, and ensure that construction works adhere to approved drawings, quality procedures, and EHS requirements.

• Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolvetechnical issues, discuss project requirements, and manage stakeholder communication.

• Reporting and documentation: Prepare project reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure all necessary records and submissions are handled correctly and on time.

• Quality and safety: Implement and maintain quality control procedures and ensure strictcompliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and best practices.

• Resource management: Determine project resource requirements and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity
