Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Enquiry HandlingAttend to general hotline enquiries and messages, including after-sales support and service requests.
Process and verify customer orders across all product categories
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are correctly entered, tracked, and fulfilled.
Maintain records of customer orders, service tickets, and installation progress using company systems
Liaise with technicians, logistics, and customers to confirm installation dates.
Monitor project timelines to ensure on-schedule completion.
Follow up on any rescheduling or operational delays, ensuring smooth customer experience.
Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support issue escalation and service recovery where necessary.
Help identify recurring issues or gaps in customer experience for improvement.
Assist with procurement coordination and product readiness where required.
Support showroom or sales team with customer record updates and handover processes.
Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in operations, customer service, or scheduling preferred.
Proficiency in digital tools is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.
