Workshop Executive - #1123834

We are seeking a talented and experienced Workshop Executive to join our team at SSDC. As a Workshop Executive, you will be responsible for taking charge of the workshop operations at SSDC, such as bikes, cars, lorries and cranes

What you'll be doing

1.       Taking charge, a team of mechanics in the workshop

2.       Relief as mechanic if there's shortage of manpower

3.       Taking charge of carpark management system (including seasons parking of tenants and staff)

4.       Report to HOD of Maintenance and Workshop on daily activities in workshop

5.       Stand in for HOD of Maintenance and Workshop during his absence

6.       Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems

7.       Performing scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections

8.       Communicating effectively with end users to understand their concerns and provide expert advice

9.       Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

10.  Maintaining detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed

11.  Staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

1.       Minimum 2 years of experience as car and bike Mechanic or in a similar automotive repair role

2.       Understanding of car insurance, road tax application will be a plus.

3.       Strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues

4.       Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

5.       Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment

6.       Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service

7.       Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

8.       With leadership skills

9.       Valid class 3 driver's license
