Application Engineer (Training Provided/ Microscopy) - #1123759

Brief JD:

- Provide technical and application support for a range of microscopy systems

- Conduct product demonstrations and application trials for customers and channel partners.

- Offer on-site and remote training to end users on system operation, data analysis, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable microscopy solutions.

- Assist in system installation, configuration, and calibration at sites.

- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product and R&D teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Minumum degree in Biomedical Engineering or relevant field

- Experienced with lifescience instruments/ equipments

- Fresh graduate is welcome

- Required to travel about 2 - 3 times a year (APAC/ Dubai/ Sri Lanka)
