• Be the Expert: Inspect workplaces, check working conditions, and make sure safety rules are followed.

• Investigate: Conduct basic accident investigations when needed to determine causes and prevent recurrence.

• Document: Record your entire inspection process accurately, often using a body-worn camera.

• Communicate: Explain the inspection purpose and required follow-up actions to workplace personnel.

• Report: Collect evidence (photos, documents) and prepare clear inspection reports on your findings.

• Enforce: Identify non-compliance and issue warnings or advisories according to protocol.

Key Requirements (What You Need)

You're a great fit if you meet ONE of these experience criteria:

• Option 1: At least 3 'O' Levels (or 5 'N' Levels) AND 3+ years of enforcement experience.

• Option 2: An Engineering Diploma AND 1+ year of enforcement experience.

Plus, you must also have:

• Completed the Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C WSH Officer).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• The ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Bonus points if you have experience in investigation/audit, strong people skills, and a Class 3/3A driving license!
