What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a tailored and unforgettable shopping experience

• Guide clients on product features, current trends, styling tips, and technical aspects of watches

• Meet and exceed sales goals, utilizing upselling and cross-selling strategies when suitable

• Uphold visual merchandising standards by keeping displays tidy, appealing, and in line with brand identity

• Support inventory tasks, including restocking and accurate documentation

• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage follow-ups in a professional manner

• Work closely with team members and management to enhance store performance and client satisfaction

• Take part in promotional events, product launches, and campaigns as needed

What You Bring

• 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry is a plus

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and able to present yourself professionally

• Passion for luxury watch timepieces
