Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure completeness of required information.
• Prepare and manage documentation including quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and collection of parcels, equipment, and materials.
• Liaise with vendors and customers on billing and payment matters.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage office-wide email correspondence professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP and administrative functions is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
