 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan production activities within the card manufacturing line.

• Operate machines and manage production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair machines if necessary.

• Assist engineers in equipment validation and process improvements.

• Manage spare parts, documentation, safety, and provide staff training.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 3 years of maintenance/troubleshooting experience in high-volume manufacturing.

• Preferably familiar with smart card manufacturing.

• Able to read electrical/pneumatic schematics.

• Good problem-solving skills, team player, and positive attitude.
