REMOTE WORK ARRANGEMENT POSSIBLE IF DEEMED SUITABLE

Job Scope:

  • Handle high-volume purchase orders (50–100 daily).

  • Verify and process customer POs against company records to ensure accuracy in item collection and inventory deduction.

  • Check payment, cash customers must pay before collecting item

  • Counter-based work: attend to customers, check documents, and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese.

Location:

  • Office in Joo Koon area.

  • Daily staff transport provided from Joo Koon MRT (7:45am).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:30pm
    (First 3 months probation: No alternate Saturdays off)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $1,800 – $2,100, depending on experience and performance.

  • Salary review after 3 months based on performance and attitude.

  • Alternate Saturdays off after the probation period.
