About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and office administration for their Singapore headquarters. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in shaping culture, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives during a period of organizational transformation.
You will lead day-to-day HR functions — from recruitment and payroll to policy review and employee engagement — while also managing general administrative activities and providing occasional executive support. The ideal candidate is hands-on, independent, and enjoys creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Review and implement HR policies in line with statutory and business requirements
Partner with management to plan manpower and compensation structures
Oversee payroll administration (vendor-managed, with future transition in-house)
Administer staff insurance, leave, and employee benefits
Support workplace safety and office administration matters
Coordinate company events, team bonding, and HR initiatives to boost engagement
Provide administrative and secretarial support to management when required
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
At least 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to both operational and strategic HR
Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
Experience using HRIS systems (e.g. InfoTech) preferred
High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage across all levels
Positive, proactive, and people-first mindset
