Responsibilities :

• Handle and coordinate import/export airfreight bookings

• Prepare air waybills (AWB), export permits, invoices, and packing lists

• Work closely with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents

• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

• Provide regular updates to customers and respond to enquiries

• Coordinate with internal teams like warehouse and operations to ensure smooth delivery

Job requirement:

• Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight import /export operations or freight forwarding is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
