Sales Coordinator / Customer Service - basic up to $3000, AWS+Bonus, North/West - #1123530

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3000 + AWS + Bonus

• 5 Days Work Week

• North / West locations

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and respond to enquiries promptly

• Prepare quotations and formalise sales proposals based on client requirements

• Support technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions

• Evaluate vendor quotations, liaise and negotiate with suppliers

• Maintain and update customer database, tracking current and potential clients

• Coordinate with Digital Marketing on sales and marketing activities

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
