Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all HR functions related to blue-collar employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and HR compliance. This role ensures that manpower needs are met efficiently, records are well-maintained, and all HR operations comply with statutory requirements.
Headcount: 300+-
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions – from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
• Liaise with external manpower agencies, training providers, and dormitories for worker deployment.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Handle all documentation for new joiners, including contracts, work pass applications, and medical checkups.
Payroll & HR Operations
• Administer and process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime, attendance, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF submissions, and statutory requirements.
• Manage time attendance systems and verify timesheets for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, overtime, leave, etc.).
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through EP Online or relevant portals.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR database systems.
General HR Support
• Work closely with operations teams to monitor manpower deployment and workforce planning.
• Support audits and inspections by MOM or other regulatory bodies.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
