Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
Serve food and beverages according to lounge standards.
Ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge area at all times.
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information in a polite manner.
Support daily lounge operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.

Requirements

Candidate with service crew experience are welcome to apply.
Entry level are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
