Job Summary:
The HR Executive manages HR functions for about 300+ blue-collar employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance. The role ensures manpower needs are met, records are accurate, and all HR practices follow statutory requirements.

Job Scope:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Handle payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and leave matters.

• Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and ensure MOM compliance.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Support performance reviews, training programs, and HR policy implementation.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and liaise with government agencies on HR matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• At least 3 years and above of relevant HR experience prefer from manufacturing background.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and MOM statutory regulations requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
