Responsibilities:

• Review customer RFQs and project requirements to prepare accurate quotations.

• Analyze costs for labor, materials, and overhead to ensure competitive pricing.

• Work closely with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to validate quote feasibility.

• Prepare and track quotes using Excel or ERP systems within set timelines.

• Communicate with customers to clarify specifications or pricing details.

• Ensure all quotes meet company policies and profit margin standards.

• Maintain organized records of quotations and revisions.

• Support sales teams with follow-ups to secure deals.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in quoting, estimating, or pricing analysis (manufacturing/electronics industry a plus).

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost calculations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
