As a Clinic Admin, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
Data entry of insurance information and medical history.
Verify patient’s insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
Process and follow up with corporate and insurance billings.
Review patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect due amounts.
Ensure patient data is up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.
Respond to patient queries and concerns.
Keep up to date with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
Participate in patient’s assessment/screening and registration.
Support clinic dispensary and clinical measurements for health screenings.
Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant clinic assistant or customer service experience
