Summary:

• 5 days, 8am - 5.30pm 

• Location: North East area

Responsibilities:

• To contribute to advanced aerospace automation projects and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

• Support & development: Assist in the design, testing, and commissioning of robotic systems for aerospace manufacturing tasks such as drilling, polishing, and sealant application.

• Collaborate with engineers to develop automation workflows and integrate robotics into existing production lines.

• Participate in the setup, calibration, and configuration of robotic equipment under guidance.

• Implementation & Troubleshooting: Support the deployment of robotic solutions in airframe and engine maintenance environments.

• Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including test results, technical reports, and SOPs.

• Learning & Collaboration: Engage in hands-on training with industrial robots and automation software.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D.

• Attend workshops and contribute to innovation initiatives in robotics and AI.

Key Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Knowledge of robotic programming (ABB, FANUC, KUKA), CAD tools, and industrial automation. Experience with machine vision or sensor integration is a plus.
