Responsibilities:
To contribute to advanced aerospace automation projects and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.
Support & development: Assist in the design, testing, and commissioning of robotic systems for aerospace manufacturing tasks such as drilling, polishing, and sealant application.
Collaborate with engineers to develop automation workflows and integrate robotics into existing production lines.
Participate in the setup, calibration, and configuration of robotic equipment under guidance.
Implementation & Troubleshooting: Support the deployment of robotic solutions in airframe and engine maintenance environments.
Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
Maintain accurate documentation, including test results, technical reports, and SOPs.
Learning & Collaboration: Engage in hands-on training with industrial robots and automation software.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D.
Attend workshops and contribute to innovation initiatives in robotics and AI.
Key Requirements:
Min Diploma/ Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of robotic programming (ABB, FANUC, KUKA), CAD tools, and industrial automation. Experience with machine vision or sensor integration is a plus.
