Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily production operations, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks with required quality standards.

• Ensure full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HSA (Health Sciences Authority) regulations.

• Optimize production workflow to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet cost control targets.

• Lead and supervise the production team, including training, performance review, and manpower allocation.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring full traceability of all production activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or TCM production environment, preferably with exposure to GMP and HSA requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural team.
