As an Assistant Manager, Planning and Development (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with GP offices, across clusters, agencies, and other key internal and external stakeholders to promote place-based and relationship-based care for residents in the Central and North regions.
Support the formulation and implementation of mission strategies by developing work plans, analysing data, tracking progress, and facilitating strategic discussions.
Plan, coordinate, and enhance initiatives and events to strengthen engagement and foster stronger collaboration with stakeholders.
Drive publicity and communication efforts for primary care initiatives to align with organisation's goals.
Work closely with stakeholders, including the Legal team, to protect the interests of the cluster and GPs, as PCO serves as the custodian of Healthier SG GP agreements within the cluster.
Ensure the timely delivery of approved milestones, budgets, and project timelines.
Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree holder in any related discipline.
Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare.
Demonstrates good analytical skills, planning with translation to operations and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic environment.
Experience in healthcare management especially in the area of operations, data analysis and marketing / communications is preferred.
