Our Team is seeking a manager to drive sales growth, enhance client relations, oversee and manage events, team leadership, and strategic planning.
Main roles and responsibilities
- Sales generation, putting in new sales by discovering new prospects, reaching out to different industries to find B2B clients that require catering services; Increasing sales revenue by capturing recent sales and bringing in high-value clients.
- Event Management, supervise and assist in a buffet set up, ensuring all the buffet lines are set up according to the client's needs or event theme.
- Team Leader, build and maintain good work relations between all the staff, able to lead and delegate work.
- Bilingual, can speak and write in English and Chinese effectively due to the different group workers' backgrounds.
- Critical Thinking, able to come up with solutions and solve problems.
Qualification:
- Diploma and above
- 2 years or above of relevant working experience.
- Good in English and Mandarin
- Only Singaporean/PR
Working hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am-1:00 pm
